THE SERVICE

Training 1 on 1 suits the individual who wants to get the most out of every single training session. 

In this session we train together for 55 minutes. I will develop and tailor a program based on your current health condition and ambitions. The training will reflect this. Whether you aim to reduce a couple of inches around your waist, increase your strength, increase your mobility, or become more human, I will insure that we have a suitable plan to realize your ambitions.
