This is customized group training for four people.
It suits perfectly for a group of friends, colleagues or family who wish to spend time together and work together towards a common goal of better health.
The concept of the class is the same as in PT- DUO where we focus on developing foundational strength & mobility. I will incorporate circuits and fun physical tasks into the training for you to solve as a group or divided into teams of two. By doing this you will get to push & motivate each other during class.
