This if for you who are truly looking to establish new habits in life. You might have zero experience when it comes to physical training, or you might have some.

Regardless, our goal here will be to create continuity in what we do and establish healthy habits that you can carry with you for the rest of your life.


Lifestyle change

This is dedication. This is for the man/woman on a mission! Our goal here is to combine the nutrition and training to suit your personal needs. The difference here is that we work over an amount of time with continuity. This ranges from 3 to 12 months. If you are an athlete, mountain biker, hiker, or an office worker it does not matter. What matters here is that you promise to give me everything you got, not 90 %, but 100 %, and I will do the same!

The results will be a reflection of the commitment and effort we together put into this! We set short and long term goals, and we make sure that whatever they are, we make it possible!

Project Athlete

What do you consider to be an athlete? Project athlete is dedicated to you who want to push a little further out of your comfort zone. You might have spent last year recovering from an injury, or reaching your goal of 3 workouts a week.

Regardless of where you have been, in project athlete, we set the bar just a little bit higher. We find something that both intrigues and scares you at the same time.  In order to reach these goals, we increase the intensity of the workouts and we start tapping into your mental strength. I do this by regularly handing you tasks to solve in the arena (gym), or in your personal life.

Project athlete suits you if you want to truly reach out of your comfort zone. Remember, this is YOUR comfort zone. Not mine. I want to help you reach it, regardless.  Whether it be an obstacle course next summer, crossfit competition, a 5/10 km run or another measureable goal.
