I truly believe there are no limits to your potential. If you can conquer small challenges, you can conquer bigger challenges. It is all about the mindset. The confidence you gain from conquering obstacles at training transcends trough all other aspects of your life. It all comes down to self-belief. You set a goal and work towards that goal regardless of the obstacles and challenges you may face on the way. Stay committed and believe in your own abilities. You will reach it.
I emphasize functional movements as a key component in my work. That is basically movements you do in your everyday life. Run to the bus, jump up the stairs, lift a heavy couch etc. I know you can do it, but I also know you can do it better.
